Registration

Required for the Fall Season

Registration for winter conditioning is now open. Winter conditioning starts Tuesday, February 23rd and goes until Friday, April 30th. There is a Pre-winter Conditioning Parent Meeting on Monday, February 8th from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. We will be covering registration, Winter Conditioning logistics, Row for Community and additional Club business. We will also have a guest speaker.

ALL ROWERS must register online via Regatta Central. At the end of the online application, you will have the option of paying online with a credit card or paying by check (made out to Fairport Crew Club and mailed to our treasurer; see below). Winter conditioning dues are $210. Any payments received early will receive a $15 discount ($195).

Fill out one online form per rower -- and put the rower's name in the "First name" and "Last Name" boxes. Parents: enter the email addresses at which you and your rower(s) will look for club email. Follow the onscreen directions, including selecting a payment type and clicking the "register" button. Watch for a confirming email.

If you run into problems with the online registration process, contact the Support Desk at Regatta Central at support@regattacentral.com or (614) 360-2922.  Phone support is available Mon. - Fri. from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT.  Requests for assistance with registration must be received by 4:30 p.m. EDT on the day of a deadline to ensure support and on-time submission.

All rowers need to sign the code of conduct, liability waiver and complete the medical form IF you have changed insurance companies or your medical condition has changed.

Submit these forms to our Registrar (see Registrar section below):

  1. Online Membership application form on Regatta Central
  2. 2010 Release of Liability waiver - pdf file - see our Rowing Links page for a free pdf file reader
  3. Physician waiver (This form must only be submitted for all new rowers and existing rowers if their insurance has changed. The form must be signed by a physician and preferably dated 2010.)
  4. Code of Conduct/Emergency Authorization/Swimming Certification- this form is submitted once for the rower's entire membership at FCC.

We strongly recommend that your review the information on our Policies page before you commit to FCC.
