Be sure to include your name and telephone number and a description of the problem, including info on when the problem started.

For items 1 and 2 above, you must contact Mark Pedersen.

Items 3, 4 and 5 can be resolved by signing in to Yahoo. However, your Yahoo! ID must be connected to your FCCRowers membership. There are three ways to fix Items 3, 4 and 5, as follows:

  1. If you have a Yahoo ID already connected to a the FCCRowers email list, go to the group's home page (http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/FCCrowers/) and sign in. The email, files, polls and pictures will now be accessible. Look for an "Edit my membership" link to update your email address. - OR –
  2. If you do not have a Yahoo! ID, go to the group's home page (as in A, above -- http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/FCCrowers/) and look for a link to sign-in or register for a Yahoo ID. Be sure to set the email address used to create your Yahoo ID to the same one at which you get your FCCRowers email. You may need to reply to a confirmation email before your Yahoo! ID will work. Return to the group's home page, sign in with your Yahoo! ID. Continue as in A, above. -OR -
  3. If you have a Yahoo ID, but it isn't connected to FCCRowers, go to http://www.yahoo.com/, sign in and click on "Edit my membership" to update your email address to that at which you get the listserv email. Then go to the group's home page, sign in and again click on "Edit my membership" to update your email address if you want to receive listserv email at a different address.

The FCC Email List Moderator cannot update your address without risking the possibility that your Internet Service Provider will block email sent from yahoogroups.com. On a case-by-case basis, the Moderator may be able to add your address to the list manually, or send you a new invitation to join the list at the same, or a different, email address.

For item 6, emails from Yahoo Groups asking you to reactivate your crew listserv account are legitimate. Usually it means that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has blocked email from this group, and Yahoo! wants to know if you still are still interested in receiving it. It's always okay to contact the Listserv Moderator, if you'd like a confirmation of its legitimacy first.

For item 7, scroll to the bottom of any list-serv email and click on the "unsubscribe" link.

The Listserv Moderator monitors the membership lists on a regular basis and contacts those members whose email is being returned to the listserv undelivered. However, sometimes mail does not get reported as undeliverable, especially when the recipient uses a spam filter.
